The Financial Services Department is responsible for planning and controlling the use of the city's financial resources. It also provides financial and administrative support to facilitate efficient governmental services. Some of the main duties of the department are:

  1. Pension Documents

    Division of Retirement's Actuarial Summary Fact Sheet for each of the City's three defined benefit pension funds.

  2. Budget Documents

    Documents related to the annual budget process, including approved and proposed budgets, budget-in-brief summaries, budget presentations, and resolutions.

  3. Annual Financial Reports

    Annual Financial Reports include the annual Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) and Report to Bondholders.

  4. Monthly Financial Reports

    Monthly financial reports include Monthly Line-Item Statements, Monthly Financial Review Presentations, Fund Balance/Net Assets Position and Cash Position.

  5. Quarterly Unaudited Financial Reports

    These statements are unaudited and are not the official financial statements of the City but rather are a review of the progress to date each quarter as it relates to the budget.

  6. Annual Revenue Statements by Fund

    Annual revenue statements by fund for the current budgeted year and actuals for prior 3 fiscal years.
