There are multiple ways to contact the city:

Citizens can contact public works for all problems, repairs, or requests on the following:

  • Curb and sidewalk repair
  • Pot holes
  • Regulatory signs (stop / speed limit / No parking/ Yield)
  • Resurfacing
  • Street markers/Signage
  • Traffic Signals
  • Street Lights
  • Visibility / obstructions / faded traffic control signs
  • Clogged or broken storm drains

Finding Your Provider

The City of Pensacola Sanitation Department uses black trash cans; whereas, Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) uses green trash cans.
