There are multiple ways to contact the city:
Citizens can contact public works for all problems, repairs, or requests on the following:
- Curb and sidewalk repair
- Pot holes
- Regulatory signs (stop / speed limit / No parking/ Yield)
- Resurfacing
- Street markers/Signage
- Traffic Signals
- Street Lights
- Visibility / obstructions / faded traffic control signs
- Clogged or broken storm drains
Finding Your Provider
The City of Pensacola Sanitation Department uses black trash cans; whereas, Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) uses green trash cans.
