To file an online report, you must have a valid email address. If you do not have an email address, you can contact the desk sergeant at 850-435-1900 and an officer will assist you.
If the crime you are reporting is occurring now, posing an immediate threat or someone is injured, DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM - Immediately Call 9-1-1.
Before submitting an online report, be aware that the incident that you are reporting must meet the following:
Only crimes that occur within Pensacola city limits can be filed through this website. Please include you email name in the narrative so we can contact you. If the incident occurred outside Pensacola city limits, please contact the Escambia County Sheriff's Office at 850-436-9630.
Only the following crimes may be reported through our online File Police Report system:

Criminal Mischief/Vandalism | The act of changing, modifying or defacing public or private property | Graffiti, knocking over mail box, throwing rock through window, etc. |
Theft (Petit) | Your property is taken without your permission | Property, total value less than $750, known to be stolen and missing may be reported. Lost property is not a theft. |
Harassing Phone Calls | Repeated hang ups, unwanted phone calls of an annoying, harassing or threatening nature. If your harassing phone calls involve domestic violence, please do not file a report online. Instead, please immediately contact police at 850-435-1900. | Immediate hang-ups, obscene language, etc. with no known suspect(s). |
Petit Theft (Non Vehicle) Less than $750 value | Property is taken without your permission. | Property, total value less that $750, Know to be stolen and missing may be reported. |
Once a report is approved by a supervisor, the report will be available for you. Please contact our Records Division by calling 850-435-1915 to get a copy.
Copies of reports, whether filed online or in person, are 15 cents per page single sided or 20 cents per page double sided.
