PROJECT OVERVIEW
The "A" Street Revitalization project includes sidewalk, decorative elements, ADA, curb-cut, lighting, street trees/landscape, crosswalk, and bicycle improvements along "A" Street from Cervantes to Main.
Due to current budget constraints, the A Street Revitalization project will focus on traffic calming improvements which include roadway striping to narrow lane widths, increase on-street parking, enhance and add crosswalks, as well as installation of bulb out islands with street trees and bicycle safety improvements.

- June 5, 2019 - An open house concerning the A, DeVilliers and Reus Streetscape plans was held.
- April 19, 2019 - 30-day comment period closed.
- March 19, 2019 - A public workshop concerning the A, DeVilliers and Reus Streetscape plans was held.
- February 3, 2021- An open house was held to review final plans and potential traffic calming improvements.
