As the City Neighborhoods Administrator at the City of Pensacola, Lawrence Powell is the liaison between the City of Pensacola, nonprofit agencies, neighborhood groups and other community stakeholders, along with providing recommendations for long-range community development programs. Working with other departments, outside agencies, and community members alike assist the Constituent & Neighborhood Services Office in meeting the needs of the community and providing resolutions on behalf of the City’s constituents.
