We will host two leagues this winter based at Fricker and Vickrey Resource Centers.
Registration begins Monday, October 1, 2018 for the City of Pensacola's two youth basketball leagues. Our programs are non-competitive recreational leagues and the focus is on teaching your child about sportsmanship, teamwork, and fundamental age-appropriate basketball skills.
The Alpha Elite Youth Basketball League will be based at Fricker Resource Center and teams will be drawn from Fricker, Cobb, and Woodland Heights Resource Centers. There will be four age groups: 7U, 10U, 12U and 14U. Players can register individually or as a team in this league at all three resource centers beginning Monday, October 1 through Friday, November 2. The Vickrey Youth Basketball League is open to ages 5-14 and all ages play co-ed. Registration ends November 26, 2018 and is available online or in person at the Vickrey Resource Center beginning Monday, October 1 through Monday, November 26.
