[ARCHIVED] Ghostly Greetings

Ghostly Greetings Halloween 2019

Join us for a whole host of Halloween events at several locations!

The City of Pensacola Parks and Recreation Department will host several Halloween-themed events in October. All events are free of an admission charge.

Woodland Heights Resource Center will host the 4th Annual Woodland's Haunted Hallway on Friday, October 25th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. All who dare to enter will get a frightful tour of the haunted hallway. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The 10th Annual Play Pensacola Halloween Egg Haunt will take place on Saturday, October 26, at Roger Scott Athletic Complex from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.

There will be five egg haunts for children who are stroller age up to 13 years, plus carnival-style games, a Haunted Hayride, bounce houses, costume contest and photo booth, and visits from some creepy crawlers. Admission to the event is free. We ask those who can to bring a donation of a non-perishable food item to the event for a MANNA food drive.

Egg Haunt Schedule:
6:00 p.m. Infant to 2 years
6:30 p.m. 3 to 4 years

Prizes will be awarded by the Pensacola News Journal for the Cutest, Scariest, and Best Overall Costume in each age group. Preference may be given to original costumes in all age categories.
