The City of Pensacola Parks and Recreation Department is encouraging everyone who participates in a City Parks and Recreation program to complete an online customer satisfaction survey.
There are multiple surveys available for citizens to give opinions about their experiences with different types of programs and facilities offered by the department.
The surveys are being conducted as an on-going customer service initiative and will help the department determine what programs and services are having a positive impact, where to make changes, as well as gather feedback on the types of programs and services citizens want the department to offer in the future.
