[ARCHIVED] FREE YOGA IN THE PARK

Free Yoga in the Park

Free one-hour yoga classes will be held in Bayview Park or Community Maritime Park on the first Sunday of each month throughout 2022 at 9:30 a.m.

Free Yoga in the Park classes are open to all ages and levels of experience. Certified instructors from Breathe Yoga and Wellness Center will provide instruction. The class is free, but you will need to BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and any other accessories you would like to use.

Stay hydrated! Don't forget to bring a bottle of water. 

Participants will meet at the dock adjacent to the dog beach when classes are held in Bayview Park, located at 2001 E. Lloyd St. Participants will meet in front of the amphitheater stage when classes are held in Community Maritime Park, located at 301 W. Main St. Time and meeting locations are subject to change based on weather and space availability. Be sure to check our Facebook Event Page for updates.

Participants are encouraged to maintain at least 6 feet distance from others who are not from the same household. Please arrive early and consider enacted protocols as changes are implemented during the pandemic.
