[ARCHIVED] Holiday closures for City of Pensacola offices

City of Pensacola administrative offices will be closed Monday, January 18, in observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday. Police, Fire and other emergency services essential for public safety and health will remain open. Routine operations will resume on Tuesday, January 19.

City of Pensacola Sanitation Services offices will also be closed Monday. Garbage, recycling and yard trash collection schedules for the week will be changed due to the holiday. All collections normally scheduled for Monday will be made on Tuesday, January 19, and all collections normally scheduled for Tuesday will be made on Wednesday, January 20. Thursday and Friday collections will remain unchanged. This applies to City of Pensacola Sanitation Services customers only.
