Cobb Resource Center is open five days a week and is host to a wide variety of activities and programs for all ages.  Cobb Resource Center is surrounded by a playground, covered shelter and park. The facility offers a fitness room with cardio equipment and free weights, computer lab, meeting rooms, a gymnasium and a kitchen. 


now enrolling: SCHOOL READINESS FOR 3 and 4 year olds 

Cobb Resource Center is partnering with CDAC Behavioral Healthcare to offer free School Readiness for 3 and 4 year-old aged children. Join us Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to noon for our exciting enrichment program.  Children must be potty trained. Snack will be provided. 

Parents and Guardians may register children in person at Cobb Resource Center Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 a.m. - noon.

PROGRAMMING UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 11, 2021:

Please take a moment to read the City of Pensacola COVID-19 Update to review City implemented restrictions and guidelines to find out more about how it will impact permitted events and programming at City of Pensacola Community Centers. 

  • City of Pensacola community centers will operate at a 50% capacity. A face covering is required while in common areas of all City facilities. 
  • The City of Pensacola will not issue new event permits for indoor events at community centers through Sept. 15. Indoor events that have already been issued a permit or are in progress may continue at 50% capacity or less. New events will not be scheduled through at least Sept. 15. 
  • Senior meal programs at Bayview Senior Center and Cobb Resource Center will operate by curbside pick-up only starting Thursday, Aug. 12. Please contact Council on Aging of West Florida at 850-432-1475 for more information on senior meal programming. 
All guidelines and restrictions are effective immediately through Sept. 15 and will be re-evaluated at that time based on current COVID-19 conditions.
