The scope of this project is to repair existing brick paver sidewalks to ADA compliance. The efforts associated with this project include, but are not limited to, excavation, removal/replacement of existing landscaping, site grading, installation of form work, concrete work, and sodding. Additionally, this project includes demolition and replacement of sidewalk and the installation of new benches. All work shall be in accordance with the general notes, and specifications included as part of this project manual. The contractor shall bid this project according to the constraints of the general notes, and specifications. A site visit to determine any unforeseen issues is strongly recommended.
