These talks are typically directed toward a demographic that may have chronic hip/knee pain or exhausted other forms of medical intervention; however, any age would find the talk interesting and informative.

Celebrate National Bike to Work Day with City of Pensacola staff and downtown business employees on May 17, 2019. rideOn Commuter Services will be in front of City Hall with Bike Pensacola and other advocacy groups from 7 – 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. The event will promote bicycling as a viable transportation mode; encourage downtown employees to try bicycle commuting; and celebrate those who bike to work regularly.
Whether you are an experienced cyclist or are just thinking about getting started, stop by to learn about traffic safety laws, commuting support services, and ways to get involved in your local bicycle community. The event will feature refreshments, raffles, and free helmets for those who receive a professional fitting by the certified helmet fitters onsite.
